BASE - A clear based topper.
GLITTER - Silver reflective micro glitters.
OPAQUE - N/A this is designed to be worn over other colours..
This will dry to a textured finish if top coat is not applied due to the amount of glitter. It will also most likely require 2 coats of top coat for a smooth finish.
Reflective glitter is unique to other glitters in the way it refracts light.
In low lighting / regular situations it looks like a standard silver micro glitter but under bright lighting it reflects and twinkles brightly.
