Cold Tolerance
BASE - A bright blue base with a pink / orange / gold / green shifting aurora shimmer.
This one is quite sheer but can be built up to opacity in 3/4 coats. I recommend wearing this over our Covert base coat or one of our new cremes.
GLITTER - N/A
OPAQUE - in 3 to 4 coats depending on your application.s.
My swatches show it over Covert base, by itself and over some other cremes as a topper.
@thepolishblog shows it as one coat over covert base coat.
@icanhazpolish shows it as 3 coats by itself and also 1 coat over dark royal blue.
